高效于课堂,潜心于教研 Teach Effectively, Research Devotedly

       教师的成长离不开教研。它如同一面镜子,通过研讨,能正确的面对自己,取长补短,共同进步。为打造一支高素质,高效率,高水平的教师团队,英语组的全体教师们以高效课堂为主题,开展了此次教研活动。
    The growth of teachers can’t be separated from teaching and research. It is like a mirror, through discussion, we teachers can make progress together by facing ourselves correctly and learning from each. In order to forge a teaching team featured by high-quality, high-efficiency and high-level, all teachers in the English group participated in this activity with the theme of efficient class.

       首先,刘部长强调“课堂要高效,当堂反馈机制就要快,做到堂清堂测。在课堂上,学生自主的强度、合作的效度和探究的深度,是教师需要调动和思考的,我们学校重视双语教学,尤其是英语口语教学的突破,课堂务必要以学生发展为中心,依标施教的同时,一定要体现双语教学的综合性、实践性和开放性,在英语课堂上把握好要有效、要有趣、要有用。”
     “If the class is to be efficient, the in-class feedback system needs to be fast and the in-class testing needs to be done. In class, to develop students' spontaneity,  cooperation validity and exploration depth, teachers need to mobilize and think. We emphasis on bilingual teaching in our school, in particular, the breakthrough of oral English teaching. The class must be centered on students' development, meanwhile, we should be in accordance with the standard of teaching, be sure to reflect the comprehensiveness, practical ness and openness of bilingual teaching, try to make the English class to be more effective, more interesting and more useful."

       教学组长郝欢欢老师首先对刘部长进行课程汇报,然后指出“教师要完成新课程提出的“自主、合作、探究”的课堂教学方式,首先要培养学生自主学习的意识与习惯,不断提高自学的能力。”
      Team leader Hao Huanhuan, firstly made a course report to Minister Liu, and then pointed out that our teacher should complete the teaching method characterized by autonomy, cooperation and inquiry, which is proposed by the new curriculum. Cultivating students' awareness and habit of autonomous learning and improve their ability of self-study continuously should always enjoys the top priority.

       Serena认为教师要促进英语教学水平的提高,那么就要从培养学生的兴趣入手,更好地激发出学生的学习兴趣,同时,在教学中要营造一个轻松、和谐的学习氛围,使得学生真正融入英语课堂中。
      Serena thinks that teachers should focus on cultivating students’ interests in order to promote the enhancement of English teaching level, thus to better stimulate students' interest in learning. Meanwhile, it is necessary to create a comfortable  and harmonious learning atmosphere in teaching, so that the students can truly involve in the English class.

       教贝白老师指出“兴趣是孩子学习英语的巨大动力。教师在课堂上应尽力激发学生学习兴趣,让他们爱上英语,爱上学习。”
      Our foreign teacher Bego pointed out that interest is a great motivation for children to learn English. Teachers should try their best to stimulate students' interest in learning and make them fall in love with English and learning.

       赵梦莹老师提出“要养成学生的学习习惯,是极为漫长的一个过程。对于低段学生,教师要耐心引导,坚持不懈。同时教师要全力以赴组织好课堂时间,确保学生有良好的课堂学习氛围。” 
      Miss Zhao Mengying suggested that it is a prolonged process to foster students' learning habits. For low-level students, teachers should guide them with enough patience and perseverance. Meanwhile, teachers should put efforts into the organization of class time,thus to ensure students have a good learning atmosphere.
       吴婷老师讲到“课堂的大部分时间为学生自主学习、合作学习所用,教师在课堂上所能占据的集体授课时间必须严格控制。”
      Miss Wu Ting said, "Most of the time in the classroom is used by students for autonomous learning and cooperative learning, and the collective teaching time that teachers can occupy in the classroom must be strictly controlled."
       罗环老师认为“教师要让学生知道,最重要的环节是预习,学生上课之前要带着问题走进教室,通过学习解决问题,这才是最高效的课堂学习方式。”
     Miss Luo Huan believed that teachers should convince students with the great importance of preview while learning. Students should bring questions into the classroom before having class and solve them through learning. This is the most efficient way of class learning.
       通过本次教研,教师对自己的教学进行了深刻反思,老师相互之间提出了很多宝贵的意见,为高效课堂奠定了良好的基础。教研之后我们的学习目标更加明确,学习内容更加贴近自身的发展需求,真正达到了学以致用。
      Through this teaching and research, teachers have a profound reflection on their own teaching, and all of the teachers also put forward a lot of valuable opinions, and this activity lays a good foundation for the high-efficiency class. After teaching and research, our learning goal is more clear and the learning content is closer to our own development needs, and we really have achieved the application of learning.
